Jin Shin Jyutsu, an ancient healing art, is a gentle, non-invasive form of energy medicine that was rediscovered in Japan in the early 1900’s. Similar to reiki and acupuncture, it restores and balances the energy in your body.
Mindfulness is the art of being in the moment. It is a way of paying attention to what is happening in our lives and it is also a systematic practice that cultivates clarity insight and understanding.
I practice the healing art of Jin Shin Jyutsu and teach mindfulness. For me, these practices are interwoven, addressing the physical, mental and emotional challenges of living this life.
